A reminder that tomorrow is school photo day! Due to this, year 4 will not need to come to school in their P.E. kits.
Today, 4JC cut poor Otis open and looked at his digestive system! We were able to learn the names of the organs involved in digesting our food! We also watched Chris from @OperationOuch ,swallow a camera pill and observed his digestive system from the inside. @WarstonesP https://t.co/R4qqzfggFr

The following PowerPoint provides information for children returning to school:
We promise to do our utpmost to support you at home whilst the children are unable to attend school due to these unprecedented circumastances. It is up to all of us to keep our children both safe and calm by offering some kind of normality through teaching and learning. Your child should have already received their home learning pack. Included within this pack is a list of activities that the children can complete over the next two weeks starting from Monday 23rd March 2020. The children can record any of their activities or completed work in their green 'Work from Home' book. If your child did not attend the last day of school, before the enforced closure, please find the list of activities by clicking on the rainbow for week 1 and 2. We will endeavour to update this page as and when new information is available. On behalf of the Year 4 team and all of the staff at Warstones Primary, we thank you for your support and patience during these testing times.
Congratulations on completing Year 4. Please enjoy the six week holiday and stay safe. Please find below some weekly activities should you want to continue with your studies but please make sure you are fully rested and ready for life in Year 5 in September!

French Activities
Bonjour!
Yes I miss you too... We would be going back to French on Wednesday in a normal situation, so here I have a few little challenges to keep you busy over the next few weeks. We should be starting work on our roleplay scripts so we have a simple dialogue to order, adapt and practise. More information below.

We’re Times Tables Rock Stars in Year Four!
When it comes to times tables, speed AND accuracy are important – the more facts your child remembers, the easier it is for them to do harder calculations.
Times Table Rock Stars is a fun and challenging programme designed to help students master the times tables via the Internet. So get your ipads, tablets and computers at the ready! Your login details are on your child’s reading diary.
Try to play as often as you can. Ten minutes a day would be FANTASTIC!
NEXT BATTLE BETWEEN 4JM AND 4LW STARTS AT 9:30AM ON 22/06/20 AND FINISHES ON 26/06/20 AT 7:00PM.
